SINGAPORE – LostOnPlanetSB

I was always a big fan of formula 1 Grand Prix since childhood. One of my favorites race was Singapore Grand Prix night race. This was a street circuit unlike other circuit which are made only for racing purpose. You are always very close to action if you go watch a race in the street circuit compared to the normal one. I decided to plan my 3 day Singapore trip during the formula 1 race. I would recommend that this was probably the best time to visit Singapore for formula 1 fans because you can roam around the city during the day and watch the race during night. The ticket for the formula 1 starts from 200 USD for a 3 day pass including the practice, qualifying and race session.

I decided to stay very close to the marina bay because I had to go to the race for all the 3 days. Any place near marina bay with a reasonable price is a great place to stay in Singapore. Singapore has very good MRT system. so it is very convenient to travel around the city. It takes around 1 hour ride by MRT in order to reach Clark Quay from Singapore Airport.
